Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern, evidence-based talking therapy that uses relaxing hypnosis to help individuals create positive change in their lives.

 

Hypnosis or trance is very ordinary, we all experience it every day! a daydream when you know you didn’t hear a word of what someone said to you! or zoning out when you’re running, watching TV etc.

Through a guided relaxation the mind is encouraged to relax and focus on positive language and suggestions which are so much more helpful. This is a lovely, relaxing experience and you are in control throughout.

Over the course of a number of sessions hypnotherapy helps reframe negative thought patterns, promotes relaxation, positivity and reduces stress.

 

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy differs from traditional Hypnotherapy, it is more forward-looking so whilst during the initial consultation we will of course discuss why you are looking for help and what you would like to change, we don't keep on revisiting this conversation during ongoing sessions - the focus is on moving forward & creating a positive change.
