Initial Consultation:

Hypnotherapy & Mindfulness - Free

Ongoing sessions:

Pay as you go = £60 per session (approx. 60 minutes)

You can also purchase a block of sessions:

 

4 x sessions, paid in advance = £210

6 x sessions, paid in advance = £288

​

Mindfulness 8 week Course

In addition to online one-to-one sessions, I run an 8 week Mindfulness course for groups and also a more informal monthly Mindfulness get together in Cardiff & the Vale of Glamorgan.
