I'm Donna, Mindfulness Teacher and Solution Focused Hypnotherapist.

I have worked in the  Complementary Health Profession since 1996 practising for many years as an Aromatherapist & now as a Mindfulness Teacher & Solution Focused Hypnotherapist.

My career has been one dedicated to helping others feel better.

One to one sessions:  Hypnotherapy  & Mindfulness sessions are carried out online - Yes! it really does work online - in the comfort of your own home so no need to travel and it doesn't matter where you live. All you need is a good internet connection, privacy, somewhere to relax

Group Sessions:

Mindfulness: Group sessions run over 8 weeks in Cardiff & The Vale of Glam.

Hypnotherapy: Online group sessions are available on request.

In-person group sessions are available on request in the South Wales area.

Both Mindfulness & Hypnotherapy group sessions are perfect for community groups, Retreats, Well-being weekends etc.

What to expect during your initial online consultation

Working from a Laptop

Unless a home visit has been arranged, all sessions are online - and Yes, it does work just the same as in person! All you need is a good internet connection.

The Initial Consultation is your opportunity to tell me about yourself and how I can help. The session will be 60-90 minutes. I will need a little information about you, your occupation, your interests etc. We will talk about what you would like to achieve. This will be a relaxed session, I am here to listen and answer any questions you may have. During the session I will also explain a little about how the mind works and what I can do to help. During this we will discuss the best option for you: Mindfulness or hypnotherapy  or a combination of both.

**You will not experience hypnotherapy/mindfulness during this session**

This session is free unless a home visit has been arranged in which case there will be a charge for travel.
